On April 18, 2016, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened the Moscow government’s annual Days of Historical and Cultural Heritage. The opening ceremony was held at the restored by GlavUpDK mansion at bldg.1, 4 Leontievsky Lane. 

On March 23, the Agreement on Cooperation with the Kyrgyzdipservice Diplomatic Service State Enterprise (Republic of Kyrgyzstan) was signed.

On February 4, 2016 GlavUpDK under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the New Names Charitable Foundation hosted a musical soiree devoted to the upcoming professional holiday of diplomatic  service employees — Diplomat’s Day.

On December 13, 2015 the Bolshoi Theatre hosted a traditional New Year reception on behalf of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov for Heads of Diplomatic Missions and their spouses. 

On October 14 -  16, 2015 , GlavUpDK under  the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs took part in the 2015 International Trade Fair of Heritage Preservation, Restoration, Use and Promotion Denkmal, Moscow, one of the most recognized events in the field of heritage sites conservation. 

Children’s parties devoted to the International Day of Smile were arranged by the Property Administration and Cultural Centre of the GlavUpDK under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for lessees of multifunctional complexes “Dobrynya” and “Pyat Prudov” on September 29 and September 30, 2015.

Pursuant to its Development Strategy, GlavUpDK at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is constructing a new business class residential building with the total area of over 22,000 sq. m intended for accommodation of diplomatic employees.

On the 10^th of June 2015 the traditional reception dedicated to the main national Russian holiday - the Day of Russia was held at the Cultural Center of GlavUpDK. The event was attended by heads and employees of diplomatic missions with spouses, senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and other Russian officials.

On April 27 a ceremonial reception to commemorate the 70-the anniversary of Victory for veterans of the Great Patriotic War was organized by the Council of Aspiring Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Cultural Center of GlavUpDK with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia located at: Ulof Palme Street 5. The honorable guests of the evening were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, war workers and elder diplomats.
