Cost of food

3.1. Buffet, banquet, lunch, coffee break, cocktail, etc.

In accordance with the prices in the approved Menu and Wine List**

* - "Special Rate" applies to diplomats and their family members, tenants of the Main Directorate for Service to the Diplomatic Corps, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, and employees of the Main Directorate for Service to the Diplomatic Corps under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

** - Menu and Wine List are prepared in accordance with the markups specified in Appendix 1 to the Price List.

Note:

  1. The minimum duration of an event is 4 hours.
  2. The minimum duration of a rehearsal is 1 hour.
  3. On weekends, the premises of the Cultural Center are provided only in their entirety.
  4. From December 15 to December 31, the premises of the Cultural Center are provided to commercial clients only in their entirety.
  5. Events must end no later than 11 p.m.<\li>
  6. Special conditions for organizing five or more events per year: it is permitted to provide the Concert Hall separately for at least two hours, the Reception Hall for at least three hours (including weekends, excluding holidays) at the current working day rates.
  7. Organizations conducting events within the framework of foreign policy activities, at the request of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, pay for services at a special rate.

When organizing events in any of the halls, you can use the foyer, equipped with display cases and plasma panels. This room is perfect for small exhibitions (there is a French system for hanging paintings), vernissages and presentations. There is also a cozy winter garden with an exit to a picturesque courtyard, which can be used in the warm season.
