On February 8, the 20th Winter Diplomatic Games will be held in the Moscow Country Club, GlavUpDK branch at the Russian MFA. This traditional sports event will take place just before Diplomatic Staff Day.

The winners of the Moscow Restoration 2019 competition were announced in the capital. The winners were awarded by the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin. 

GlavUpDK under MFA of Russia has completed the overhaul of the building, with some reconstruction and the restoration of the facade, roofs, railings and interiors of the I.A. Mindovsky Mansion, at 44/2 Povarskaya Street, buildings 1 and 2.

The international Conference on the Role and Manner of Cooperation between International and Regional Organisations in the Fight against International Terrorism was recently held in the Cultural Centre of GlavUpDK under MFA of Russia.

A comprehensive overhaul along with the restoration and the reconstruction of the mansion at 10, Leontiev Lane was completed by the GlavUpDK.

GlavUpDK (the Main Administration for Service to the Diplomatic Corps), part of Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has completed the restoration of the façade, roof and fencing of a mansion at 7 Denezhny Pereulok, Bld.1.

The traditional reception on the occasion of Russia Day, organized by GlavUpDK under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation took place at the Moscow musical theatre Helikon-Opera. 

A jubilee meeting of the Russian Commission for UNESCO Affairs dedicated to the 65^th anniversary of Russia’s entry into the organization and the 30^th anniversary of Russia’s accession to the 1972 World Heritage Convention took place at the Cultural Center of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia on April 29 under the chairmanship of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The Days of Historical and Cultural Heritage, which are taking place from April 18 till May 31, give Muscovites and visitors a unique chance to visit mansions operated by GlavUpDK and to admire remarkable samples of neo-baroque, neo-classical, neo-gothic, eclectic, and modern architectural styles.

A collection of poems by diplomat Vladimir Masalov has been presented at the Cultural Center.
